SO, your students get the idea of systems of equations. And they know how to solve a system by making a graph or using algebraic methods.
BUT do they really see the connection between all the representations and the system?
You can provide a CREATIVE experience that helps your students see that connection. This activity will present some of the same ideas you’ve taught and reviewed, but in a more creative and memorable process. And they will have an actual physical model that ties it all together with one scenario, uniquely chosen by the student (or assigned by you), that will make this concept “stick.”
AND the final projects can be displayed on a bulletin board or in a display case.
