This math game is used to help students practice dividing fractions by whole numbers during the month of March in honor of Saint Patrick's Day.

This game is flexible and students should be able to use whatever method you prefer them to use to solve each problem when playing this game.

I use this game a lot to celebrate St. Patrick's Day each year. Students practice dividing fractions while playing a game at the same time! The answer key lists answers two ways: in both the reduced form and the first answer found.

It's a 2-4 person game where students try to be the first person to build and decorate their leprechaun correctly with a body, legs, two arms, a head, a clover, a hat, and a pot of gold!

Each time a student answers a game card question, they get to take a leprechaun part or decoration from the middle to put on their picture. There are also chance cards in the deck that may help a student or put them back a few paces during the game! My students LOVE this game in the winter to early spring time each year and enjoy picking out which decorations they want on their leprechaun.

The best part is--the students have no idea how much they are learning! This game is a great practice or review game to see who understands a concept you are teaching and who is still struggling with the material.
