Description
This is the complete Sales Unit lesson that covers all the steps of a sales process:
1.Pre-Approach
2.Approaching the Customer
3.Determining Needs
4.Presenting the Product
5.Handling Questions & Objections
6.Closing the Sale
7.Suggestion Selling
8.Reassuring & Follow-Up
Each lesson has a lesson plan, slide deck, note taker, activities, assignments, a and formative quiz mid-unit. The end of the unit has a summative exam or an option between two different sales projects. You can cut out the activities to move the unit faster. If you do the entire unit as is, it will take you about 4-5 weeks with 90-minute class periods.
*NEW* ACCESS LINK: A bonus file is included in this listing now. The file has a PDF with an access link to a Sales Unit Google Folder.
The files in this bundle will download as PDFs to maintain the formatting. I also have a Google Folder for you, including PowerPoints, Google Slides, and PDF options for presenting. I use PDFs on my Canvas course for students doing a more asynchronous approach to the class. All other documents are in Word or Excel.
