Product Description

This is a visual science experiment to do with students. The format follows the format from News 2 you, which is what I use in my classroom. Students use water, toothpicks, clay, and a bowl to make salt crystals. We did this experiment after discussing evaporation and salt.

Social studies could also be incorporated during Native American history.

Standards-Ohio extended ESS.68.4cIdentify evaporation or condensation.PS.68.4bIdentify one or more common compounds (e.g., water, salt).
