November would not be complete without studying Thanksgiving. The books by Kate Waters that follow a day in the life of Pilgrim and Native American children who volunteer as interpreters at the Plimoth Plantation are a great way for students to see what life was like in the seventeenth century.
This is a unit study to go with the book Samuel Eaton's Day: A Day in the Life of a Pilgrim Boy by Kate Waters
