Want to keep your classroom sanitized? Worried about students not having their daily safety supplies? This Sanitation Station will keep you organized! You'll have ALL of your sanitation products in a SINGLE LOCATION for students to easily access! :)
-"Wash Your Hands" sign
-"Sanitation Station" card (with and without clipart)
-Circle shaped sanitation supplies cards (hand sanitizer, gloves, tissue, disinfectant wipes, soap, masks)
-Rectangle shaped sanitation supplies cards (hand sanitizer, gloves, tissue, disinfectant wipes, soap, masks)
-Blank circle and rectangle cards for customizing your own supplies
-PDF printable of all cards
-Editable Power Point (blank circle and rectangle cards)
Print the “Wash Your Hands” sign and place it near the sink, so that your students are reminded of the steps on how to thoroughly wash their hands!
Print out the Sanitation Station card and circle supply cards. Attach the Sanitation Station card to a container that will hold your sanitation supplies, attach the circle supply cards to each of the supply items (I like to punch a hole in each of the cards and tie them to the supplies!), and then place your Sanitation Station near the classroom sink OR use the rectangle supply cards if you’d like to use a rolling cart as your Sanitation Station! Designate the shelves for each supply and then attach each rectangle supply card to the shelves. :)
Option: You don't have to use all of the cards, feel free to use just the ones you need and supply your Sanitation Station with as many or as little items as you see fit. :)
Use this as an opportunity to have a mini lesson with your class!
Referring to the “Wash Your Hands” sign, explain how to properly wash your hands, then discuss what the Sanitation Station is and what the supplies are. Be sure to also discuss your classroom rules for when students are allowed to go to the Sanitation Station (you wouldn’t want everyone to be there all at the same time). :)
-Print the sign and cards on light card stock, cut out, then laminate for durability.
-Use the editable Power Point to customize your own supply cards.
-Keep your Sanitation Station stocked and organized by making this a class job! :)
