Santa's been working overtime in his workshop and he is in desperate need of a vacation! The only problem is, he can't go anywhere without being recognized. He needs a DISGUISE! He wants to be able to sneak into the mall to shop for Mrs. Claus, go to a concert to see his favorite band, lay out on the beach while reading his favorite book, or take a stroll around your town. Santa can’t even remember the last time he was able to catch his favorite TV show or watch a movie in an actual movie theater. We need to help him.
This packet includes:
-letter, written by Santa, asking for help with disguise ideas explaining why he needs to take a vacation
-template of Santa in his undergarments
-pictures of Santa in various disguises to show those who need creative inspiration for disguise ideas
-journal paper with and without writing prompts (single, double, and triple lined) to use for writing activity
-stationery "from the desk of Santa" to use when Santa replies to your students letting them know which disguises he chose to use
-sample of a "thank you note" written by Santa letting your class know which disguise he chose to wear
This project can be done in class or sent home. I encourage parental involvement with the creation of the disguise.
I LOVED coming up with disguises for my Santa! I hope you enjoy this, too.
