November would not be complete without studying Thanksgiving. Kate Waters has written a wonderful series of books that follow a day in the life of Pilgrim and Native American children who volunteer as interpreters at the Plimoth Plantation. They are a great way for students to see what life was like in the seventeenth century.
This is a unit study to go with the book Sarah Morton's Day: A Day in the Life of a Pilgrim Girl by Kate Waters
