This FREE product includes printable and digital versions of a Comprehension Packet for Sarah, Plain and Tall by Patricia MacLachlan. The packet includes a comprehension sheet for 5 days worth of reading, covering the whole novel. Each page includes the following categories: vivid vocabulary, comprehension check, picked passage, link to literature, story sketches, test taking, and swift summary. The questions are higher level thinking and common core aligned. Answer key is included at the end.

TWO digital options are included:

• I've used the TPT tool to prepare a digital activity that you can use to immediately assign the entire packet with a shareable link on any learning management system. This option looks just like the packet, but doesn't offer immediate feedback to students.
• I've created a separate Google Forms link for each page of the packet that can be used through ANY online platform. This option looks different than the packet but includes the exact same content AND provides immediate feedback to students because I've inputted the answer key in the "feedback" section of the answer key. Multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank questions will self-grade with this option. You will be able to view student responses in a variety of ways depending on your preferences.
