This is an engaging sight word game. Students will read sight words, then turn them over to see how much they have made. The sight words are "dollars". Students are encouraged to save their dollars to see who has the most at the end of the game. I play this game with my reading intervention groups. the one negative that I have noticed is that they get a little too excited, so as a result I have to keep telling them to lower their voices. It can become pretty competitive.
