Special Note: The New Social Studies standards are heavy on Inquiry-Based skills. The lesson is designed to put the learning in the hands of the students while the teacher is the facilitator.
The lesson is designed using the Backward Design curriculum model.

FYI-Lesson 4 contains the following lesson specific items.
