Use these flashcards that correlate with the Saxon Math program to help review with your students. Can also be used with other grades for review, or for a challenging activity.
Included are all the facts in the order they are introduced. They are grouped by lesson, but aren't in their numerical order. (i.e. Doubles are all together, but mixed up within) That way the students can't catch onto the pattern and not have to read the problem.
There is also a divder page between each group of facts, so the students know where to stop.
You can use this as a whole group review, or even as a center, where the kids come up to the board, click through the pages and read the problems and answers together, or taking turns.
Can also have them work out the problems using linking cubes and record the problem and answer.
Using the desktop annotate feature with the ActivBoard, students can even write the answers to the problems.
