A fun literacy center or lesson extension for those who use the Jolly Phonics program! Students will be engaged in practicing letter names and sounds in several ways in this one activity: voice (and Jolly Phonics action!), stamping with ink, and writing with pencil or marker. There is also an optional "draw it" activity to add a fun creative component and an extra challenge as students draw pictures that begin with each letter sound.
Students will work on letter identification, sound production, handwriting, and fine motor skills in this one activity!
This activity works well for phonics review and practice in literacy centers or as an assessment of students’ ability to name letters and sounds.
I have also included a set of the worksheets with the single consonants and vowels only (digraphs and diphthongs removed) as an option.
Do you want the worksheets in alphabetical order instead? Check out my Alphabet edition of this activity for worksheets that follow the order of the alphabet from A-Z!
