What is Say Something?
Say Something is a during reading strategy that asks students to pause during the reading of a text. This brief moment then allows the student to actually stop and think about their reading. Then, they share their thoughts about the reading out loud and to a partner who records their thoughts and potentially responds back once the reader is finished with the assigned section.
