A glyph is a symbol that gives information nonverbally. My students LOVE glyphs. They are so much fun to create in the classroom and allow for some fun craft time while still meeting learning objectives.
This scarecrow glyph includes templates for the scarecrow as well as a poster (in color and black and white) to use in the display and differentiated data analysis sheets.
The data sheets can be used for 5/6, 6/7, and 7/8 year old classes. There are also two sets of options for scarecrow books to read.
I hope your students enjoy making this glyph as much as mine did!
