Product Description
This is Scary Good Writing Tool 10: Grabbers.

The grabber is the opening sentence that pulls a reader into the story. We cover five different ways for grabbing a reader’s attention, but the overarching concept we advocate is to make sure you start with a character in action such as “I opened the door to my closet and plunged into another dimension.” Or “I slapped the alarm clock off and jumped out of bed.” Starting with characters in action creates an opening sentence that naturally pulls a reader into the story.
