Product Description
This is a fun way for your students to practice the skills learned in Numbers and Operations in Base Ten. Students will move around the room solving problems. Each card has a problem from the Numbers and Operations in Base Ten fourth grade objectives. Once they solve it and record the answer on their answer sheet they will need to search the room for another card that has that answer on it. Once they find it they will receive their next question. It is so much better than a traditional worksheet. The students will have so much fun with the movement that they won't even realize they are doing work! My students have been begging me to make more of these. They are actually excited to do the activity. The 16 cards correlate with the fourth grade common core objectives 4.NBT.A.1 (each place is 10 times more), 4.NBT.A.2 (comparing and place value), 4.NBT.A.3 (rounding), 4.NBT.B.4 (adding and subtracting), 4.NBT.B.5 (multiplication), and 4.NBT.B.6 (division).
This activity is also available in QR code format.
