School Bus Rhythm Games for Fun Review and Assessment

This bundle of activities is the perfect Back to School pack or end of the year pack for fun, review, and assessment. After I introduce my theme of the year, we get off to a running start with school bus rhythms!. You can immediately play the group game by projecting the PDF's or powerpoint or use the exit tickets to give a pretest and then make the manipulatives for small group, center, or individual work. My kids LOVE these and beg to play the games daily.

#5 Exit ticket for levels 1, 2, and 3 to check off when hearing rhythms (4&5 coming soon) plus exit ticket for writing rhythms heard

#6 PNG files for making your own smart board or promethean board files in desired configuration

•Set 1 (ta (quarter note), ti-ti (two eighth notes) and ta rest (quarter rest)

•Set 2 (ti-ki ti-ki (4 sixteenths) & too added (half note))

•Set 3 (t ta ti (eighth/quarter/eighth), ti-ki ti (2 sixteenths/eighth), ti ti-ki (eighth/2 sixteenths), and tum (dotted quarter)

•Set 4 (tim-ki, ki-tim (dotted eighth/sixteenth) plus the opposite (sixteenth/dotted eighth)
