Product Description

This resource is designed for secondary Life Skills students to work on reading a simple help wanted sign, then completing a simple job application for the position. There are 7 forms for students to use. Two forms have a bigger writing area for students who need it. There is a School theme for the jobs listed. The Help Wanted Sign and applications work well for black and white printing.

To use: Print Help Wanted sign. Laminate or make copies . Go over the available  positions wanted with students. Print out desired forms for students to fill out. Forms are differentiated based on student need. Some have a bigger writing area for students.

For beginners- Make a model of their personal information, minus the requested position, in advance for them to copy from. Go over requested information. Discuss what each position is, the skills needed, and then show where to request their chosen position on their application.

For intermediate/advance- Given students a copy of the help wanted flier and job application. Allow students to begin completing on their own. Correct as needed or provide a model for them to use to self-correct.
