This poster is called "Science About Me" and it has short writing topics for the students that relate to science. It's done in a doodle-notes style with fun science doodle frames and arrows. I designed it to use with my 5th grade science students, but it should be suitable for 4th and 6th graders too. It's a great way to get to know your students for back to school, and also to get them in the groove of a new year of science.
Let your students share about themselves using this 8.5 x 11 poster (landscape). This poster will look great hanging outside your classroom and parents will enjoy reading them when they are sent home.
This poster is FILLED with topics and images!! It is meant to have a 'full look' and offer lots of opportunities for kids to answer and color. The coloring part is actually good for the first day of school when you may need some time to get a few things done.
I marked this for grades 4-6, but please read the parts below and then decide if you think it will work for your grade level.
The information for student to fill in on the Science About Me poster includes.....
