Creative Writing task for a Science lesson on Plant Biology.
Students are to write a creative story about the dicotyledonous leaf or a specific part of the leaf (e.g. the epidermis)
The template is left open for students to use their own creativity however a few creative writing ideas are provided for those students who need a little extra push in the creative process.
There is information to help guide them on writing an introduction, body paragraph and conclusion. Once complete, students are to check their work; either their own or through peer marking; and then rewrite their story putting it all together into a complete story.
The template is color coordinated to help students with dyslexia, slow processing speeds, and other learning difficulties. It is also designed to help students with autism and language difficulties.
