Product Details:

Engaging and interactive PowerPoint presentations become the roadmap for exciting units full of hands-on lab activities, challenge questions, project ideas, discussion opportunities, video links, review games, and much more. A bundled homework package, modified version, and unit notes, chronologically follow each unit. These presentations are incredibly visual and only one focus point is presented per slide. Color coded text, shade techniques, and a step by step approach puts the learning process into PowerPoint form. You can use the units / curriculum from beginning to end, or chop up the PowerPoints to add to your own curriculum. Everything arrives in editable form and can be altered to fit your own needs and requirements.

The curriculum consists of 20 units of study in Life, Earth, and Physical Science for students in grades 5-10 (50,000+ slides and hundreds of pages of units notes and bundled homework). Modified assessments, class notes, and detailed answer keys are also provided for students with special needs, support professionals, teachers, and parents. This product includes...

1 Classroom License to use all of the units on all of your schools computers.

20 Science Units that contain over 50,000+ well crafted and truly interactive PowerPoint slides, built-in activities with instructions, visuals, and follow up questions. Important class notes, project ideas, discussion opportunities, review challenges, amazing visuals, video links, academic links, and much more.

-Note: PowerPoint Slideshows and work bundles / notes are compatible with Google sides and .docs. I just use Drive and send shareable links to my students so they can access all material on their Chromebooks.

20 Bundled homework packages (word documents) that chronologically follow the above PowerPoint slideshows of 300+ pages. These assessments are extremely challenging but not overwhelming.

20 Answer Keys to the above homework bundles equaling 350+ pages (.doc). These are great for teachers, support staff, and homeschool parents.

20 Modified homework packages (.doc) that look much like the above but are less challenging (200+ pages). These are helpful for students who may require special modifications. Answer Keys to these modified bundles are also included for support professionals.

20 Sets of unit notes (.doc) that chronologically follow the PowerPoint slideshows equaling 300+ total pages. These notes are full of detailed visuals and chronologically follow the slideshow. These are great for support professionals and for students who may require accommodations.

20 Sets of Fill-In notes (.doc). These are much like the unit notes (The critical red colored PowerPoint slides) but have lines instead of a word now and again. Students actively fill in the missing terms as they view the PowerPoint slideshow. These are a great tool for accommodations or if you want to speed a unit along due to time constraints. These can also be used to turn a more difficult unit into an easier one.

60+ PowerPoint Review Games (.ppt) with each review game equaling 125+ slides (8,500+ slides total). These are great chances to review and get students searching through their science journal, collaborating with others, and are always a lot of fun. They are also a fantastic subplan if needed. My students love them. The bonus questions and find the owl are student favorites.

Over 350+ Video and academic links. These links are to video shorts that usually range from 2 - 7 minutes or great websites that help review class material. Having a short video to help reinforce / review classroom topics is extremely helpful. Many of the video links are to YouTube so be aware if your school blocks that website. You can always download the videos from home the night before and then bring them in. Also be advised that some videos may have some short ads before them. This is not something I can control as it is the internet.

Hundreds of pages of handouts, readings, answer keys to the readings, information sheets, rubrics, templates, lab activities, recipes, and much more.

1 First Day PowerPoint Presentation (210 slides) and goal setting / build a coat of arms activity. Also included is a student guidebook that explains the entire four year science curriculum.

All units arrive in editable format so they can be altered to fit your curriculum, grade level, or ability grouping. You can decide to make them more or less challenging. Everything is Word (.doc) or PowerPoint (.pptx).

PowerPoint slideshows, homework bundles, unit notes, and much more can also be posted to your secure school webpage where only students have access. This allows students to review lessons at home or if they were absent. I have also used posting the slideshows to flip the classroom. Students go through the slideshow at home and then conduct activities in the classroom. You'll find that the curriculum is full of options for the busy teacher / learning community. I'm still in the public school classroom and every lesson is field tested. If something hasn't gone perfect its been tweaked or removed. I also update the curriculum constantly with current events and latest and greatest discoveries.
