Science Discovery Journal

Discovery Journals allow students to work through the scientific process with little guidance at many levels. The journals may be used in many ways, for many levels. These journals can be used for one experiment, or many experiments linked together. They may be used for small or large groups. Students will use the journals to work through the scientific method, using the steps: question, hypothesis, observation, research, and conclusion. All while working through the process, students will have a place to record their thoughts in words or drawings, depending on their level and experiment.
