Science Experiment: States of Matter Apples (scientific process / method)

In chemistry, a chemical reaction happens when two or more molecules interact with each other and then change into something new.

In this simple science experiment, you will combine ingredients inside of an apple to cause an aromatic chemical reaction.

The experiment itself is less than 30 minutes. Additional time will be needed to complete a science report.
