-Science experiments are something young children love to do! They are fun and educational. I created this journal to use with our science fair experiment. This journal follows the steps of the scientific method in a manner suitable for use in primary classrooms.
-The steps included in the journal are as follows: Ask a Question, Make a Prediction (Hypothesis), Make a Plan, 5 Weeks of Observations (one week per page), Record the Results, and Draw a Conclusion
-There are two versions of this journal: One is with graphics and contains a sample of what the journal might look like upon completion. This journal focuses on a plant experiment. The other version is an EDITABLE version without graphics. It will be very easy for you to customize the journal for whatever experiment you are doing in your class. This is a great way to get students thinking about the world around them. Just staple the sides of the booklet, and your students will have a great tool to learn with throughout the duration of the experiment!
