This book is a must-have in any classroom where a science fair is part of the curriculum or just part of the wish list of a teacher who has always wanted to do a science fair but didn't have the tools necessary.
This book contains 28 lessons of how to do the science fair and the timeline certain parts should be accomplished. It contains how to write the Review of Literature as well as an outline for the students to use. It contains the science fair booklet for the teacher to copy for the students to write in. It also contains a how-to for citation.
This book was put together by a teacher who had done several science fairs with seventh and eighth graders but didn't want to come up with a new way each year or try to remember what was done the last year.
This book has everything a novice or experienced teacher would need to do a science fair in the classroom, in the school, or even a city-wide one. (my students did city-wide ones. The first year I used this book, 100% of the students got gold. The second year 83% of the students got gold.)
