PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is serves as a great little research activity for students. With websites provided, students can take this activity to the computer lab and discover something new about the periodic table and its different groups.

Once the research is completed, students can construct this foldable to make a large study guide which displays the locations of each group and also their properties.

The research IS an optional route... If you'd prefer to incorporate your own lesson/lecture about the groups of the periodic table and have students use these pages for note-taking, then this will work well also!

Required Materials:
14 x 8.5 inch paper

FYI
The preview is just a few slides from the directions that are included. Some of the slides had to be cut out because of file size limitations, of course. The actual directions in the product explain things in more detail.

Corresponds to:
Science TEKS 8.5B
Science TEKS 8.5C
