The PDF download includes two versions. The first takes the student's and parent's signature and the second includes just a student signature.

We added an overlay in Easel by TPT. Click "Open in Easel" to get started. It is all ready to go and perfect for the paperless classroom. We added text boxes for typing in names and a comment that the rules apply even for distance learning. You just need to select which contract to give out. Easel is compatible with Google Classroom and by sending a link through Google accounts.

This science safety contract is part of a series called Good Lab Practices. This is a classroom management system for helping labs go smoother and safer.
