This set includes an enlarged set of the photographic pictures and computerised drawings of a range of equipment normally found in a General Science or basic Chemistry laboratory in most schools. The notes included offer teaching suggestions for use, although these are by no means exhaustive. Why not have your students develop novel learning activities based on this visual collection? They are suitable for whole group or focus group work, especially when doing pre-test and knowledge recall of the functional aspects of the equipment. There are many ways in which these cards can be incorporated in a lesson. I have tested these items in my class in focus group and whole lesson scenarios. They even make great wall posters. Great for verbal and written literacy-based activities in the Science laboratory. Simply print on white paper for best reproduction and laminate for durability. Enjoy!
