Episode plot: Friction is everywhere. And our world wouldn't work without it. But Phil can't be blamed for trying to reduce it as much as he can. He builds a balloon powered hover disc and then maxes it out by building a leaf-blower powered version he can ride. He also tries to increase his friction enough so he can climb straight up the walls.
