It is a lesson to learn about the different parts of plants and their functions. It gives children the opportunity at the beginning of the lesson to share what they think the parts are before together labelling a Sunflower and reading through functions. The children have a worksheet to complete, themselves identifying the parts along with their functions. At the end of the lesson there is a 'True or False' quiz for the class to complete, looking at descriptions of parts of plants.
