In this activity, the students are to design, engineer, and create their own 2 Balloon powered car.

Most of the activities online involve 1 balloon and many students simply copy their designs off of others. In this activity, the students create their balloon car but with 2 balloons, and they have to test their car designs over a series of trials.

There are pages where the students must tinker with their design as in engineering, the 1st design never and hardly works.

This is a great unit project for students to apply their Newton's law into action and get a taste of what designing a working car is like.

The materials they are allowed to use is anything but any pre-made parts such as old toy car chassis or building a model with lego. Lego wheels are acceptable.
