Science Trivia Game: Cell Biology includes 32 general cell biology trivia questions. Students fold a piece of paper in half four times and number the resulting boxes #1-32. Science Trivia will have students find a certain box number and record the answer to the trivia question in that box. After the question round, answers will be given.
Game includes a variety of general cell biology questions including plant cells and structures, identifying animal cells as seen through the microscope, discovery of cells, prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, unicellular and multicellular cells, levels of organization, and identifying mystery objects as seen through the microscope.
This game can be utilized in many different ways including before the cell biology unit and after as a review tool. It is a good way for students to assess prior knowledge before the unit and assess what was learned after the unit.
It can also be used as a fun end of the year activity and doesn't have to be linked to an actual biology unit. It can be a fun way to see what students know about cells!!
