Use this notebook activity to introduce descriptive, comparative, and experimental investigations to your middle school science students. Simple to set up, this activity is print and go and includes two versions: one that is completely filled in and one with blanks in key locations to let your students fill in the information as work on learning about the three different types of investigations.
This set of foldable notes is aligned to the Texas Process Standards TEKS for the middle school classroom, in sixth grade: 6.2A and 6.2B, in seventh grade: 7.2A and 7.2B, and in eighth grade: 8.2A and 8.2B.
