Looking for a way to help your students review scientific notation? Have them complete a scavenger hunt!
There are 14 questions that just need to be printed & posted throughout your room (or hallway). A worksheet is included for students to use as they move around and answer the questions. The answer they get from their first question will lead them to their second question and so on.
I have included 2 versions:
1 with answers in significant figures
1 with answers not in significant figures
When I use this activity with my students, I split them up into groups of 3 & assign them a place to start.
My students really enjoy scavenger hunts because it allows them to be up moving around. I hope your students will enjoy these activities just as much!
