In this activity, students will make scientific observations of an apple. This is great for the beginning of the year science labs. They will make both direct and indirect observations. Once students have make their observations, they will have to pick their apple out from the rest of the class's apples. This is a perfect partner activity.
Teachers, you will need to collect the apples and know which is which. I used labeling dots with numbers. I placed the dots on the apples without the students seeing the number.
This is three half sheets that will fit perfectly in an Interactive Notebook.
