Challenge students with this puzzle that has three shapes that seem to be the same general size and shape BUT are not identical! Then they create their own puzzles using their tangram pieces.
A simple worksheet (choose color or black line images) guides students through the activity. It can be a great way to spark interest in math especially when you're learning from home.
I included solutions and tangrams that you can print and cut apart to make sets of tangrams that are the same size as the three shapes.
