Teaching children how to cut is an important thing. They need to know how to properly handle scissors. My wife, who is the teacher, has told me that just about every kid she has uses two hands on scissors when they are first introduced to them. She needed some cutting exercises and so I built a pretty comprehensive packet. This is the free preview, and includes 3 of the basic cutting patterns.
For the full packet check out "Scissor Practice, Shapes, and Letters" . It features more exercises with scissors, a fun shapes snowman, and letter blocks and circles. All great for practicing skills with scissors and great for learning shapes and letters.
