Scramble for Africa Simulation is a game style product to engage and excite students to understand Imperialism and its impact on the continent of Africa.
Students will be one of six countries, have predetermined goals as they strive to take over the continent of Africa. This product is best used after students have a basic understanding of imperialism. The product is design to give students a practical understanding of how European countries handled Africa. The game ends with the students having to reflect on their experiences during the game and applying knowledge previously learnt.

The actual purchased download is a zip file that includes a word document (includes necessary materials and instructions) and a PowerPoint.
