This activity is ideal for an independent writing station in Kindergarten or at the beginning of Grade One. This activities may also be used in small-group intervention or throughout the year for children requiring further practice or reinforcement.
This set includes 15 activity sheets with one sentence per page. Students begin by reading and tracing the simple sentence. The sentences contain many Dolch sight words and a picture to aid in decoding. After tracing the sentence, students will then cut out the words at the bottom of the page and reconstruct the sentence by gluing it in the box. Finally, students will print the sentence independently on the lines and colour the picture.
