Scrambled Sentences Word Work Center Cut/Paste/Write/Color/Read Valentine's Day

I use Scrambled Sentences in my classroom on a regular basis. This is a great independent center activity, morning work activity, homework page, or a quiet activity for the Early Finisher. It gives children practice with cutting, coloring, and penmanship, as well as reading simple sentences.

Children will cut apart the sentence from the bottom of the page and glue it in order into the box. Remind children to use the capital letter clue and punctuation clue to help them make it make sense. Then the children will write the sentence on the lines with their very best handwriting. Finally, the children will color the adorable pictures of the Valentine’s Day friends. There are 6 Valentine’s Day themed pages in this set. Happy Teaching!
