This is a lesson plan for students to be able to create the game “Crossy Road / Frogger” This lesson could be taught in 2 lessons, but might be 3 depending on age. Prior to teaching this lesson, a basic familiarity of scratch is encouraged, but not necessary. This lesson could be used to incorporate STEM or in a technology/computer lab. You could also do this lesson after Hour of Code. This program will not work with the Scratch, Jr iPad app.
The first page is an overview of the lesson including objectives, standards, and materials. The next 11 pages are detailed lesson plan including screenshots. The last 2 pages are a detailed lesson plan that could be printed front./back and used in reference during the actual teaching lesson.
