I wrote this script for out student council to perform at out whole school assembly for Day for Daniel. In Australia, Day for Daniel is a child safety day reminding children about the importance of keeping themselves safe.
This script is for a play for about 8 children to present. It is about personal safety and listening to our early warning signs (heart rate, goosebumps, hair standing on end) to keep ourselves safe.
The play talks about having a family password to keep ourselves safe. Whilst this play was designed to be presented at a school assembly by the student council, it can also be used for drama classes. The play uses humour to deliver the personal safety message.
