Description

These pearls have been discovered with initial sounds for students to match to lettered shells! Open the lettered oyster and place the matching pearl inside using Velcro dots. This ocean literacy activity can also be used for a sand writing tray to practice letter formation. Great literacy center for an ocean theme in your classroom!

This seashell activity includes (in both color and black & white):

  • 26 double-sided shells to fold in half with both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • 26 pearls with pictures of items for a beginning sound match
