Seasonal Vocabulary for Spring Summer Fall Winter

Incorporating the seasons into your classes doesn’t just mark time going by. It can cultivate gratitude and provide a time to celebrate those moments that fly by.

I often wanted to acknowledge the seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter in my classes, but I couldn’t find resources that focused strictly on the seasons without mentioning holidays that were often inappropriate for one reason or another. I created the resources in this bundle for those times. There are NO HOLIDAYS in any of these resources.

Each season has a digital presentation to present the vocabulary with accompanying photos, a full-color photo bingo game, and a set of related worksheets. Also included are interactive EASEL versions with features such as audio, self-checking drag & drop, and self-checking clickable tiles.

I created these resources for adult students, and while everything is also appropriate for high-school-aged students, I don't recommend using these resources with students younger than that. It's your call, but I personally wouldn't. They just wouldn't be engaged.
