This assessment follows the Journey's Scope and Sequence. It begins with short vowels, CVC,Long Vowels, initial and ending Consonant Blends, sounds of c, sounds of g, change y to i,homophones, suffixes, silent consonants, Bossy R, Vowel Teams, word families, digraphs, contractions, vowel digraphs, and diphthongs. . There are nonsense and real words for assessment purposes. There are also teacher prompts for consistency. There is a Scoring Guide at the end of the document. I printed the Powerpoint and stapled into a flip book for the student. Then, I followed along on the Scoring Guide located on the final slide.
