Bring new interest to your second grade math centers this spring with this set of 15 one page math games! These games are a great way to review addition, subtraction, and place value, and they also include the extra learning bonus of strategic thinking!
The games are easy-prep, with just one page to print and no cards to print, cut, and laminate.
They are also kind to your ink concerns – less than 20% of each page is in color, plus a black line version of each game is also included. If you choose, you can have your students color the black line versions before using them in your math centers and guided math rotations.
The topics included in these games are:
Sums of 20 and sums of 100
Two-digit addition, with and without regrouping
Two-digit subtraction, with and without regrouping
Comparing with > and < to the ten thousands place
Adding and subtracting multiples of 10 and 100 to/from three-digit numbers
The games are terrific to send as family math homework.
A letter of explanation has been included.
Does your school have a Family Math Night
? These games will be a hit!
Your students will enjoy the bright spring graphics, but you'll find these games are also a great addition to a summer school or year-round school program, or for summer tutoring.
Do you send home a summer learning pack? The black line versions are a great addition, and will give your students lots more practice than one-use worksheets!
