Product Description
SELF ASSESSMENT: Are you looking for a "My Own Report Card" or "Self Assessment" for your students that can be used at the end of the school year so that students have goals to work on over the summer OR for the beginning of the year to set goals for the school year? This is it!

This is not only a self assessment for what students are good at, it looks at the subjects they like and where they can critically look at whether they are actually good at. Primaries cut and paste school subjects and SOCIAL SKILLS to self assess and then draw a picture of themselves DOING what they could do to improve or get better.

Grade 3+ fill in dots identifying subjects and personal skills that they like and then whether they are good at them. There is a printable after for students to write about how they can IMPROVE what needs improving and a paragraph on what they can do to get even better at what they are good at.
