Cards are to be used with Self-Care Bingo Sheets.
1. Print out cards on durable paper
2. Cut out cards
3. Shuffle and call out words on each card
4. Participants must gather as many Bingo squares as possible (or in a certain pattern) to win.
This bingo game can be used with children 8 and Up, including groups of parents, professionals, and families. The activity is meant to assist participants in creating a self-care plan to exercise self-care on a regular basis to maintain a healthy mental status.
