This two-page Study Habits Self-Help Test is designed to demonstrate the skills or actions that are important to having good study habits, while encouraging conscious attention to them. (Mindfulness)
It has often been used as a group exercise in which each statement is discussed as the test-takers assess themselves individually. They then develop improvement statements based on their honest evaluation of their own habits.
The test has been used effectively at the beginning of the school year, or right after January 1, when family and friends are making New Year's resolutions.
